About Debra Rossi

Debra Rossi resides in Texas and is the author of Embrace The Moment. She grew up in Warren, Michigan in an active household with four sisters and a brother. Some of her favorite childhood memories were slipping away from the commotion to find quiet time to read. From an early age, Debra loved books and found them to be a source of inner nourishment and a way of escaping into another time, another place. As a child, she discovered her love for nature and indulged her vivid imagination while roaming the fields and woods at her grandparent's dairy farm.

Debra received her B.S. in Administration/Management and began her professional career in Human Resource Management. Writing was a passion that had simmered for years, but life always seemed to get in the way. She married, had two children and relocated from Michigan, to Virginia, Pennsylvania, and finally Texas. It was during her thirties that a yearning for MORE started to trickle in her thoughts. Unsure of what the MORE meant she started spending quiet, alone time back in nature. This allowed her to begin her journey of personal and spiritual growth.

Her move to Texas fueled the MORE and ignited the spark within. This new growth allowed her to pursue her dream of writing and she wrote her first children's book, No Horsing Around:Kick Off To Success In School.

Debra enjoys tennis, hiking, cooking, traveling and teaches meditation classes. She adores her cat Fudge, her constant writing companion.
